beloved places

These pics are taken during my first visit to the North shore of O'ahu. We stopped at Waimea bay for snorkeling. The reefs were amazing. 

 

On our way up north, we stopped to check out Chinaman's hat, or Mokolii Island, from the shore line. This is a popular place for kayaking since you're able to enter the small island.

 

We did a sweaty hike all the way up to this spectacular view. The beach below is where one of the biggest surf competitions take places every winter.
